Dear Brian,
        can you please start at your earliest convenience the required CMC 
Poll for the approval of the following modifications to SLS-OPT Charter 
and Projects?

1. SLS Charter Update now foresees Coding & Physical Layer Blue Books for 
the High Power Efficiency (HPE) and for the Low Complexity (LC) scenarios, 
The charter also foresees Orange Books for the High Data Rate (HDR)

2. The TWO ongoing Projects for  Coding & Physical Layer Blue Books were 
also updated with Issue 1 now limited to HPE scenario
