[CESG] Draft notes taken during the F16 CESG meeting

For me the notes are okay.

For clarification, I believe in relation to "...Existing file services ghost projects (2) shall be deleted..." the "ghost projects" listed are those found at

Note that there are not an equivalent projects listed as draft under the regular CCSDS project page.

To the best of my knowledge only the CESG chair can delete these from the ICAP.
