Nestor,
      My immediate comment is that the slide "XXX Area Report: Document
Schedule Summary" will create the need for being worked by several hands if
all projects of the area are listed while each WG Chair will be able to
update the list for the given WG is a slide for WG is available.
Consider also that in general a single slide is likely to be anyway
insufficient for all the projects of the Area.
Moreover in the example slide the matching is only project to area and not
project to WG; .e. some info is lost.
