Please find attached the 1st draft

My suggestion is to first discuss about the contents. Once we agree, the 
look and feel (fonts, colors, table format, automatic update of size, 
etc.) is next

PLEASE DO NOT SEND COMMENTS. LET'S DISCUSS ALL TOGETHER YOUR COMMENTS 
DURING THE NEXT CESG WEBEX ON 1st JULY AT 5 PM (CET)
