I, as CESG Chair, fully endorse the MOIMS proposal.(AD/DAD/NAV WG Chairs)

It should also be noted that the CMC recently raised comments about the 
viability and missing prototypes 2 in approved NAV Projects (i.e NHM, PRM, 
SMM). 

An agreement not to deploy proto resources on the NDM XML BB would help to 
divert the resources to other NAV BB.
