CCSDS 130.12-G-0, CCSDS Protocols over DVB-S2: CNES CMC representative asked
   to give high priority to this book

could you please also add the remark that "SLS AD reminded that a rule was
set by CESG to not delay the publication of a Green Book for more than one
CCSDS Meeting and in this case, being the resolution from November 2015 the
books has to be published before the Fall 2016 Meeting in Rome."
