[CESG] SOIS resolution

Following is a resolution from SOIS to establish a CESG poll to approve a Chair and Deputy Chair for the Subnetworking (SUBNET) WG.

SOIS-SUBNET WG-R-2016-01, Resolution for the appointment of the SUBNET WG chair and deputy chair.

CCSDS Engineering Steering Group:

CONSIDERING that the recreation of the CCSDS SOIS Subnetwork (SUBNET) WG has been approved
by CESG and that all conditions raised during the poll have been fulfilled;

RECOGNIZING that the CMC has been invited via mail to nominate potential WG Chair candidates
without responce after more that 14 calender days;

and RECOGNIZING that the Organization and Processes CCSDS A02.1.-Y-4 requires that nominees
for Working Group Chair and Deputy Chair are to be determined by the AD and to be appointed
throught a CESG poll;

RECOMMENDS that Glenn P. Rakow (NASA) be appointed as SUBNET WG Chair
and Marco Rovatti (ESA) be appointed as SUBNET WG Deputy Chair
