All,

The BoF had now been officially closed (no polling is required to close a BoF).

The following was done In order to completely close the BoF:
- Removed BoF from Org Chart on CWE Homepage
- Removed BoF form SEA Homepage
- Archived Files and Folders to “Work Completed” area
- Closed the Charter (BoF had a “Pending” Charter)
- Removed the User Profile “Participation” selection for the BoF
- Removed BoF from Online Rapporteurs List
- Closed BoF Mailing List
- Removed Dave Santo form SEA Mailing List
- Removed Dave Santo from CESG-All Mailing List
- Removed BoF Mailing List from SEA-All Mailing List
- Removed Dave Santo’s CESG CWE Privileges

Note - I will turn off posting to the Mailing List once this e-mail is delivered to the Timeline Mailing List.

The System Engineering Area,

CONSIDERING that:

The Timeline Data Exchange BoF was unable to get it’s charter approved by the CESG.

And RECOGNISING that:

The CCSDS Policies for closing a BoF place responsibility with the AD to manage this (Sec 2.3.4);

And further, that the BoF does not wish to contest this.

RESOLVES to request:

That the Secretariat close the TDE BoF and move the materials of the BoF to archival status, but leave the SEA-TDE mailing list in place so that communications may continue if there is an interest in pursuing this in the future.
