[CESG] SEA-R-2016-04-001 Request closing of SEA Timeline Data Exchange (TDE) BoF

Dear CCSDS Secretariat,

Please find attached the SEA resolution concerning the closing of the SEA Timeline Data Exchange (TDE) BoF .  This requests that the Secretariat do the work to close this BoF.

SEA-R-2016-04-001  Request closing of SEA Timeline Data Exchange (TDE) BoF

The System Engineering Area,

CONSIDERING that:

The Timeline Data Exchange BoF was unable to get it’s charter approved by the CESG.

And RECOGNISING that:

The CCSDS Policies for closing a BoF place responsibility with the AD to manage this (Sec 2.3.4);

And further, that the BoF does not wish to contest this.

RESOLVES to request:

That the Secretariat close the TDE BoF and move the materials of the BoF to archival status, but leave the SEA-TDE mailing list in place so that communications may continue if there is an interest in pursuing this in the future.
