[CESG] SEA Resolution SEA-R-2015-11-004 - Request approval of SEA Sec WG Deputy Chair

Please find attached the SEA resolution concerning the nominee for the Sec WG Deputy WG chair position.  This requests that a CESG Poll be created to approve the nominee for this position.

The System Engineering Area,

CONSIDERING that:

The Security WG has has reviewed the two qualified candidates for the deputy WG Chair position, and that
The WG has selected Dr Daniel Fischer (ESA/ESOC) as their nominee.

And RECOGNISING that:

The CCSDS Policies for approving a WG chair (or Deputy) requires the AD to nominate the candidate and the CESG (Sec 2.3.2.3 & 2.3.3.4) to approve the nominee;

RESOLVES to request:

That the Secretariat create the necessary poll for the CESG to review and approve Dr Daniel Fischer (ESA/ESOC) as the SEA Sec WG Deputy WG Chair.
