[CESG] Your presentations for CESG / CMC Joint Meeting on 16th Nov 2015

Dear all

I have uploaded to the CWE the draft presentations.

For the sake of completeness I attach them below

CESG Report to CMC Fall


Please try to arrive on Friday with a draft version of the presentation. 
Verbal presentations are not recommended
Please only upload your Area charts and not the whole presentation (129 
charts) including your updated Area info. This simplifies my consolidation 
work.
Please include as last chart a "1 or 2 charts "Area Summary". I insist 
with that because some Areas are were not doing this 


CESG responses to CMC comments on the on-line Startegic Plan


Please deliver on Friday pm a draft version of your Area response to the 
CMC comments 
Please only upload your Area charts with your responses and not the whole 
presentation including your updated Area info. This simplifies my 
consolidation work.



ALL YOUR UPLOADS SHALL BE READY BY SUNDAY 15th Nov noon (12:00 hrs CET). 

I need the afternoon for consolidating both full presentations

I also attach an updated agenda for the CESG meeting on 13th Nov starting 
at 8 am sharp. Otherwise we will not be finished
