[CESG] SIS Resolution SIS-R-2015-11-001 to nominate Kiyohisa Suzuki as Deputy WG Chair for SIS-DTN

Greetings,

The SIS Area, after having discussed the matter with Mr. Kiyohisa Suzuki of JAXA and his securing the support of his management, wishes to nominate Kiyohisa Suzuki as deputy chair of the SIS-DTN working group.  JAXA has been quite active in and supportive of the SIS-DTN work, including conducting one side of the interoperability testing for the Bundle Protocol.  JAXA also has a particular interest in Contact Graph Routing (which they tested in the context of their DRTS satellite), and has agreed to take on one of the Contact Graph Routing Prototypes for the Blue Book we’re currently working on.

I solicited nominations from the CMC on 10/22 and have not received any responses, therefore I would like to move forward with Mr. Suzuki’s nomination.  This is SIS resolution SIS-R-2015-11-001.
