[CESG] Projects that do not show up as they should (e.g. CCSDS File Delivery Protocol (CFDP) Update -- Blue Book)

Brian,
        for some reasons I was looking at the project mentioned in the 
subject and (either starting from the charter or from the framework) the 
link

only shows one column for the dates (as per snapshot attached) instead of 
showing 3 columns for Original / Estimated / Actual dates as for e.g.

This is looking odd top me.
The CFDP Project is just one example but many other projects are affected 
too.

My impression is that 
- if the URL for the project is short then it shows OK.
- if you start from a charter showing up as 4.02 it shows OK  (URL 
http://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Charters/PrintView.aspx?ID=30 )
- if you start from a charter showing up as 6.12 it shows not OK (URL 
http://cwe.ccsds.org/fm/Lists/Charters/DispForm.aspx?ID=70 )
For the latter two cases I attach two additional snapshots
