I will suggest that you concentrate in the YB

Ee shall apply to  the other 2 books the Proc & Org YB
i.e. 
being the books under the responsibility of MOIMS and SLS Areas, the 
ADs/DADs  have to discuss the update of the books with the WG in charge of 
it 

The WG needs to change the charter and create a Project, which have to be 
approve by CESG (only charter ) and CMC
