Dear Tomaso:

In response to your approval conditions stated below:

References to real issue numbers rather than predicted issue numbers 
are normal in documents undergoing approval. Document issue numbers 
in references sections are routinely and invariably updated to the 
correct current issue numbers by the CCSDS Secretariat Editorial 
Staff at time of publication. Directives to perform routine editorial 
functions as conditions for approval are appreciated but not necessary.

Because a formal condition for approval necessitates a formal 
disposition of the condition, please reply-all to indicate whether 
the statement above satisfies your approval conditions for the two 
documents indicated below.
