[CESG] RE: Two meetings on overlaps on Monday 10th / Thursday 13th nov

Hello Nestor,

We will just need to inform BSI security that we plan to use one of the rooms until 1900 on Monday PM and Thursday PM. Because of the potentially large group for this meeting, I'll designate Room G1 for both days where the Optical Comm WG is meeting (ground floor). I have copied Bernie Edwards on this response so that he is aware of another group meeting in G1 on Monday and Thursday PM and that his group will need to end a little before 1730 on both those days.

Please can you book 2 rooms for the following meetings:?

  *   Monday 10th Nov        17:30 - 19:00 hrs                CESG 1st round Overlap discussion
  *   Thursday 13th Nov        17:30 - 19:00 hrs                CESG 2nd round Overlap discussion

We need to inform BSI security that these meeting will last longer than the normally planned day activities (wrap-up at 17:30 hrs)

ADs can invite extra staff from their WGs as considered necessary (I took already the liberty to invite Mario and Colin)
