Dear all,

Updated notes including Peter's comments

Procedure Update with consensus
PS and TG will prepare a redlined version of the Proc & Org YB including 
the consensus agreements. This redlined version will be distributed to the 
CESG for pre-checking, before delivering it to the CMC at the latest by 
7th Nov 2014.

SANA Registries for Orange Books
No SANA registries are permitted for OB.  No OB may update or modify an 
existing SANA registry created by a Blue Book.
Proc & Org YB / SANA YB have to be cross-checked accordingly..
