Please find below the draft notes taken during our webex meetings. Please 
let me have your comments, such that I can issue the final version

CESG Overlaps 
It has been decided to place an action upon the CESG to comment the 
spread-sheet produced by EB / PS by end of August 2014. A more detailed 
discussion will be carried out during our next webex in Sept 2014. 
Action CESG: Review Overlap spread-sheet  Due Date : End August 2014
  
Proc & Org YB discussion: Voting & poll Clauses 
The CESG has agrred with PS suggested text. The two "shall" (in the 
highlighted red text) must be replaced by "should".  PS to update the text 
and TG/NP to address this at the next CMC 
 
Document Editor Queue 
        Device enumeration MB poll needs to be resolved. It is in the 
limbo since a long time.   PS / CT to solve the issue.
In progress:
 CCSDS 551.1-O-0, Aggregated Data Correlation (Draft Russian Orange Book)
 
The following Green Books that have completed CESG poll are expected to go 
to CMC poll this week:
CCSDS 730.1-G-0.1, Solar System Internetwork (SSI) Architecture (Draft 
Green Book)
CCSDS 230.2-G-2.1, Next Generation Uplink (Draft Green Book)
CCSDS 130.0-G-2.1, Overview of Space Communications Protocols (Draft Green 
Book)
 
Three Red Books/Pink Sheets currently in CESG poll, along with Bundle 
Protocol Red-3, will be released for extended review (to allow for 
European vacation), after polling has concluded, with reviews to be 
completed before fall meetings. If SLE API Pink Sheet CESG poll conditions 
are satisfied in time, the review can be conducted at the same time.

Also expected to be processed in the next couple of weeks for CESG poll:
 CCSDS 401.0-B-23.1, Radio Frequency and Modulation Systems--Part 1: Earth 
Stations and Spacecraft (Draft Blue Book)
  
Future quarterly summary of Agency Review RIDs statistics 
A good place is the CWE. It is not clear if all info is available. We need 
to analyse this, but it would be very useful to have this type of 
statistics. NP will be further investigate 
 
IOAG comments on SSI GB and CSS Area questions 
Scott Burleigh has updated the GB with IOAG comments. Next steop is CMC 
poll. 

IOAG comments on CSS Area questions 
EB/MdG will take care of IOAG comments during the next CSS telecons

PS has reviewed the last SM&C RB placed under Agency Review. He will send 
his comments to the SM&C WG.
