Nestor,

I have corrected all of the problems for this project, and several other projects in the overall list.

The main issue (with the project status and project phase) was related to code in the “back-end” that was not properly checking “existing” projects, but only verifying ones created after the "start date” feature was implemented.

The 1899 issue was another issue that was easily corrected.

I have seen an issue in the Project and Resource matrix views.

e.g.

a Project is shown behind schedule in the Project View
MO Service: Mission Data Product Distribution   2.04 Spacecraft Monitoring and Control Working Group Blue  Behind Schedule First draft circulated to WG

but in the Resource matrix view the same project has an start date 1.1.2017

MO Service: Mission Data Product Distribution  2.04 Spacecraft Monitoring and Control Working Group 2.04 MOIMS-SC Blue  Approved 1/1/2017 12/30/1899

However the Publication date is set in 1899

Can you help my understanding ?

What is the most important date "the start date" or the "publication date "

and why is the Project shown behind schedule if not started yet ?
