Nestor,

I am ok with us letting the poll close and then discussing the result with the CMC. I agree that we will have to do that. I would just suggest that we, the CESG, try and reach our own consensus on what we want the inputs to the CMC to be.

My concern is that some of what was inserted in that last go-round can have the effect of breaking something fundamental in how we really operate. Since we are the ones who have to actually guide the opertion of the organiation I think we should have a say in what the guidelines are. And now I will wait quietly for the poll to close.

Regards, Peter

Peter

We have a currently a problem with the YB.

The decision to launch the poll in parallel was not a good one. CESG agreed on a version, which was then updated by the CMC.

ADs are now putting conditions on the CMC included text. The YB, at the end of the day, is owned by the CMC. Some conditions from the ADs might be not accepted by the CMC

I suggest that we leave the poll close and we then discuss it with the CMC.

I also suggest to discuss consensus in ou rnext CESG physical meeting.
