The following resolution has been approved by MOIMS AD.

MOIMS-SMC WG-R-2013-02-001, Resolution recommending the issue of CCSDS 
521.1-R-3-Update MO Common Object Model (COM)  as a CCSDS Recommended 
standard

The CCSDS Engineering Steering Group: 

CONSIDERING that  CCSDS 521.1-R-3-Update MO Common Object Model (COM) has 
completed the CCSDS Reviews (3 Agency reviews)

CONSIDERING that the CCSDS Standards Track requirements for Blue Book 
promotion have been satisfied

and AFFIRMING that the MOIMS SM&C Working Group has resolved all issues

and PRESUPPOSING that the Mission Operations and Information Management 
Services Area recommends that the document be published as a Recommended 
standard

APPROVES publication of  CCSDS 521.1-R-3-Update MO Common Object Model 
(COM)

and 

RECOMMENDS that the CCSDS Engineering Steering Group Chair initiates the 
required CESG poll for its approval
