[CESG] Approval of CCSDS Document Project - AD Please Review

Brian et al,

All but one (Chris Taylor) the CESG ADs setting conditions, have agreed 
with the changes proposed by Lindolfo and David on the Cgarter, Concept 
paper and Projects (BB and GB).

As CESG chair, I have checked Chris' comments and I interpreted that they 
are already covered.

Please start asap with the CMC poll, such that we have its approval before 
the Bordeaux meeting

The WG chair over Telerobotics Working Group has requested approval of 
this document project: Telerobotic Standard (Blue Book)
Area Director:  Your approval is required before the CMC poll is set up.  
Please respond to the Secretariat IT Tech Support (
ccsds_techsupport at aiaa.org) on whether you agree with the WG chair that 
this proposal is ready for a CMC vote.  If yes, you should provide some 
poll text and the Secretariat will set up the poll.  If no, you can simply 
work this with the WG chair to get the proposal (resources/schedule) 
correct, and then let the Secretariat know when it is ready for CMC 
polling. 
Working Group Chair:  If your AD agrees, then the CMC poll will be set up 
automatically.  If your AD disagrees, he will work it with you.  If your 
AD does not respond, you should contact him to insure that he does 
respond. 
Contact the Secretariat (Secretariat at mailman.ccsds.org) if there is a 
problem getting to concurrence on this project.
