[Secretariat] [CESG] RE: [Cesg-all] Results of CESG poll closing 25 June 2013

Erik:

Normal procedures will be followed (all conditions will be 
addressed).  Since Gian Paolo indicated his conditions could be met 
"at the end of the CMC poll" I knew that no matter what "PROPOSED 
SECRETARIAT ACTION" I indicated, someone would demand clarification. 
So I just kept it simple.
