Tom,

Can you please confirm and/or clarify the proposed secretariat action -- it currently reads "Generate CMC poll". But there are conditions stated by the SLS and SIS Areas.  Does your proposed action mean that these conditions are to be ignored?  Or is the proposed action to generate the poll after the conditions have been met?
