Feedback from IOP-3 meeting (resolutions)
NP briefed the CESG on the IOP-3 resolutions. IOAG will officially 
communicate them to CCSDS. CESG will then prepare a response to the IOAG.
NP has distributed the main presentations given during the IOP-3

Status of Project Schedule 
All projects are on schedule

New Projects created by WG Chairs       and its related Charter updates
SEA SEC,  MOIMS DAI, CSS SM WGs have inserted new Projects in CWE. 
Charters have to be updated. CESG / CMC polls will then be issued.

Status of Project resources  
ADs have to check into the CWE if any resources are missing to execute the 
Programme of work

Area Status
Every Area (except SOIS) presented the progress done in the last 3 months. 
No show-stoppers / hot issues were identified.
SLS poll on creation of the PLACOM WG was not issued yet. A reminder will 
be sent to Brian Oliver.
A BOF will be called (CCSDS next meeting, Oct 2013, San Antonio, Texas, 
USA) to deal with the two IOAG high priority Service requests (File 
transfer, offline radiometric) not yet scheduled in the CCSDS workplan.

Strategic Plan: CMC comments status
Strategic Plan Draft 7 was issued (just 3 or 4 hrs prior to the meeting), 
including
CMC comments on the first sections
CMC CCSDS High level goals
A proposal (done only for the MOIMS NAV WG) to map CMC high level goals, 
Areas goals/sub-goals and existing / at work / future standards. ADs have 
to comment it by end July 2013.
NP will issue a resolution to delare the current Operating Plan as 
historic.

BOF and White Papers vs Concept paper vs WBs 
The definition of Concept paper / WB will be clarified when updating the 
Procedures Manual. It was agreed that once TG have a first version, he 
will distribute it to the CESG for pre-screening before starting the CESG 
/ CMC poll

CESG review of website products/implementations 
CESG has been requested to take responsibility in the acceptance of 
Compliant Products (vendor commercial products)  / implementations (free 
prototype SW downloads) inserted in the website (upon request).
This implies the grouping and organization of products and a sanity check 
for products / downloads compliance wrt our standards. Within a resource 
constrained environment, it is very difficult for the CESG to take this 
responsibility for the time being. It will be discussed at the next CMC 
meeting. In additon the Compliant Product website was initially conceived 
for promotion. .
