I cannot meet this date for CNES : was on travel till yesterday evening and involved in review meetings today and till wednesday.
If I may address that during the week end I will try to return comments before monday, which was the due date of the action given to the CMC.

The CESG is expecting CMC comments on the CCSDS Strategic Plan (distributed by beginning of March 2013) by Friday 5th April cob

This will allow the CESG members to assess your comments prior to the start of our Technical meetings on 15th April 2013.
