[CESG] RE: Concept Paper: "Formation of the generalized data, using data which are received down diverse channels"

Dear Mr. Barannikov: this morning I received a request from one CCSDS Area Director asking for more information, specifically the References that are noted in the document:

the following main research and practical results  are received, concerning to the formation of generalized data:
- Development method of algorithms of obtaining the generalized data and its application (patented technical solution is on the basis of this method [1]);
- algorithm of obtaining the generalized data, which are developed accordingly to above-mentioned method [2];
- a source of errors model in the diverse channels and results of its using when developed algorithm is estimated [2];
- mathematical models and analytical methods of estimation of opportunities of algorithms of obtaining generalized data to improve the reliability; the results of their application[2];
- Methodology of comparative evaluation of algorithms of improvement the reliability of the data [2; 3];
- Methodology of rational choice of diverse channels and results of its using when reception & registration stations (RRS), which are included in the TM complex of cosmodrome, are chosen for mutual duplicating [2];
- methods relating to improvement quality of synchronization of received data units (patented technical solution is on the basis of this method[1]);
- Results of research of interconnecting possibilities offered methods of formation of generalized data and others methods of increasing the reliability of data (particularly, methods of antinoise coding) [2];
- Results confirming beneficial effect of practical use of this scientific-methodical apparatus (particularly, TM parameter diagrams, which show us the positive results of practical use of this developed algorithm of generalized data receiving with the purpose of improvement quality of TM information of LV Proton-M. And this TM information is received by mutual duplicated RRS of "Baikanur") [2].

Any of the above information that you can supply would be very useful to us.
