[CESG] CESG Poll Extension

Dear CESG Members,

The two CESG polls below closed without achieving quorum.  They have 
been reopened through July 10.

- CESG-P-2012-06-002 Approval to release CCSDS 131.3-R-1,  CCSDS 
Space Link Protocols over ETSI DVB-S2 Standard (Red Book, Issue 1) 
for CCSDS Agency review
- CESG-P-2012-06-003 Approval to release CCSDS 401.0-P-21.1,  Radio 
Frequency and Modulation Systems--Part 1: Earth Stations and 
Spacecraft (Red/Pink Sheets, Issue 21.1) for CCSDS Agency review
