[CESG] CESG S12/F12 meetings

Just to be clear, Darmstadt (Spring 2012)  is a 4-day Plenary and Cleveland (Fall 2012) is a 5-day Plenary. The CESG meetings will be as follows:

Spring 12:
CESG: Friday 20 April
CESG/CMC Joint: Monday 23 April

Fall 12:
CESG: Saturday 20 October
CESG/CMC Joint: possibly Monday 22 October. However, the CMC may decide to meet later - in December, at KSC (in conjunction with the IOAG) - in which case there will be no Joint meeting
