Subject: [CESG] Meeting Room allocation & more
Nick
I have checked the registration and have the following comments
* CARBONIUM Room is free the whole week.
DAI / RAC will not meet physically at Darmstadt, due to NASA budget constraints. CNES and UKSA members decided not to travel under these circumstances.
There is 1 Taiwanese staff registered on one of the days.
* Hasium meeting room is free on Monday 16th pm. There is no SDR SIG meeting (only 1 CNSA staff is registered)
* CSS Space Comms Architecture on Wednesday am. Room Argon is free. There is only 1 staff from China registered.
* CSS Space Comms Architecture on Wednesday pm. Room Argon is free. No meeting foreseen.
* Meetings foreseen at Europium have to be held in Palladium (X Sup transfer Serv) and viceversa. There are 2 SLS meetings exceeding the capacity in Europium U-Form.
* MOIMS Plenary will be held in SMC room (Aurum)
* CSS Plenary can be held either in Xenon or Europium. Erik to confirm !!
* SEA plenary can be held in Oxygenium (D-DOR) Peter to confirm !!!
