[CESG] RE: Is J-L Gerner the CCSDS rep to the SFCG?

It's not that I am uncomfortable with Jean-Luc. I am uncomfortable that he now seems to be doing the job as a contractor to CNES without the CMC understanding the ramifications of the transition. Nestor: an item for the CESG-CMC agenda?

Adrian,

there only are 3 persons attending CCSDS and SFCG regularly: Jean-Luc, Massimo Bertinelli (ESA) and myself (ESA).

If you are not confortable with the new position of Jean-Luc, you will have to consider Massimo or myself for the job.

This seems strange. Jean Luc is now, I believe, a contractor to CNES. Are we comfortable with this new arrangement, which seems to have not been approved by anyone in CCSDS? It's an important job.

Adrian,

the attached document states that Jean-Luc is the CCSDS rep to SFCG. This is correct, I have checked it with the SFCG Exec Secretary.

The CCSDS rep to IOAG is you and Nestor according to the IOAG web pages while I am the SFCG rep to IOAG.
