[CESG] Draft 0.2 CESG meeting agenda

Eric,

I will add this as an special topic in the CESG presentation to CMC. 

I suggest that you mention the RASIS SIG status in your CSS charts 
pointing to the special topic after all areas presentations. You will 
present separately the agreements / further actions on the overlaps. This 
has been a CMC point of concern and I believe deserves an special 
treatment.
