[CESG] Draft 0.2 CESG meeting agenda

Nestor,

Does there need to be a special report to CMC about RASIG?  This was treated as a special topic at the London CESG/CMC meeting and I believe a follow-up to CMC would be in order (it probably does not quite fit the format of an area report).
