Dave,

herewith ESA officially nominates Mr. Emmet Fletcher as expert in the CCSDS Navigation WG.

Emmet is  the Space Surveillance Manager  in the SSA Programme and has indeed been deeply involved in the related activities, and interfaces on a regular basis with National Experts in Europe and US on standardisation and cross-support matters.

He is particularly interested to work on the subject of Conjunction Data Message, which is very important for the Space Surveillance Segment of SSA's, as it will enable the system to exchange services and perform cross-support in ESA's  future set-up.

I assume you will do all necessary steps for its official inclusion in the WG.
