MOIMS-SMC WG-R-2011-02-003, Resolution recommending the issue of CCSDS 
660.0-G-0.0, XML TELEMETRIC AND COMMAND EXCHANGE (XTCE) CORE as a CCSDS 
Informational Report (Green Book)

The CCSDS Engineering Steering Group: 

CONSIDERING that   CCSDS 660.0-G-0.0, XML TELEMETRIC AND COMMAND EXCHANGE 
(XTCE) CORE  has completed its review within the WG and MOIMS Area

and AFFIRMING that the MOIMS Mission Operations Services Group has 
resolved all issues

and PRESUPPOSING that the Mission Operations and Information Management 
Services Area recommends that the document be published as a  Green Book

APPROVES the submission of  CCSDS 660.0-G-0.0, XML TELEMETRIC AND COMMAND 
EXCHANGE (XTCE) CORE for CESG Review
