[CESG] Planetary Communications SIG?

Gian Paolo: the CWE map http://cwe.ccsds.org/default.aspx still shows the PlaCom SIG, headed by J-L Gerner. As far as we know, there has been no activity since he left. Do you plan to keep this SIG alive with a new chair, or disband it?
