Thanks Gaya. I thought that you had a stored distribution list that would avoid such problems. If you do not have one already might I suggest that you either set one up in your own system, or that you start to use the existing CCSDS ones, like
CESG cesg at mailman.ccsds.org<mailto:cesg at mailman.ccsds.org> (just the CESG ADs and DADS)
CCSDS Engineering Steering Group - CESG All cesg-all at mailman.ccsds.org<mailto:cesg-all at mailman.ccsds.org> (All of the CESG, plus all of the WG chairs)
Thanks, Peter

Thanks Klaus-Juergen.
@Gaya, would you please check the invite list and make sure that Erik Barkley ( Erik.J.Barkley at jpl.nasa.gov<mailto:Erik.J.Barkley at jpl.nasa.gov>) is on it. For some reason he did not have the meeting on his calendar. I did already forward it to him.
Thanks, Peter

Dear Sami and Peter,
Thank you very much. I would recommend that we discuss on Tuesday at the CESG mid-term meeting. I have copied Tim also …
@Gaya: Can you please add agenda item: Lunar Interoperability Forum
Best Regards,
Klaus-Juergen

Thanks. Great discussion this morning.
Wonderful notes. Should we add?
Sponsors: CCSDS and IOAG
Chair: Sami Asmar
(before somebody else who is eager to take this over as an IOAG event calls themselves the chair)
We can also consider a simpler Agenda:
AM Panel Talks and Discussions:
Panel 1: CCSDS, IOAG, LSIC
Panel 2: NASA, ESA, JAXA
PM Panel Talks and Discussions:
Industry, Academia, Community, . . .

Subject: Notes from today's "Lunar Interoperability Forum" brain-storming
Hi Klaus-Juergen & Sami,
Here are my rough notes from today’s discussion.
Workshop title: “Lunar Interoperability Forum”
Date: 7 May 24 in Washington, DC
Place: US Dept of Commerce (NOTE: may need to work access issues)
Theme: Bringing together members of the Lunar communications “community” to discuss drivers, opportunities, and means to foster development and deployment of interoperable (and secure) communications systems
Announcement to: CCSDS (agencies, observers, associates), IOAG (all members), agency Lunar projects (LuCCI, Artemis, and other NASA/ESA/JAXA Lunar projects) , and external bodies working in related fields (DTN WG, IETF DTN WG, Lunar Space Interoperability Consortium (LSIC), LunA-10 members, LOGIC).
Request proposals in the announcement for relevant short talks (10-15 mins each)
We will finalize agenda after we see what talks are proposed
Could even offer “poster talks” too, for talks we don’t give air time to
Rough Agenda:
Opening talk (Jim Schier, focused on IOAG Lunar Comm Architecture)
Agency talks (NASA, ESA, JAXA, maybe 20 mins each)
Agency Panel discussion / Round-table / Q&A
CCSDS Area Talks (either one combined talk, or at least SLS, SIS, CSS, and SEA)
Invited talks from industry and academia
Selected invited speaker Panel discussion / Round-table / Q&A
Closing remarks (Sami or K-J)
That seem about right? Did I leave anything out?
Cheers, Peter
