Nestor,
is it (or is it going to be) mandatory to have a CWE login to be
in a CCSDS mailing list?

Gian Paolo

PS looking quickly the SLS part I saw some names that for sure have
eventually got a CWE login.

Dear all

Please find attached the results of the mailing lists to CCSDS CWE Login
Mappings (per Area, and within the Area per WG). Each e-mail in the
attachment is not mapped to a CCSDS CWE Login.

This was executed by the Secretariat IT Support (Brian Oliver) following a
manual and tedious process.

Summary
525/1239 = 42% of E-Mail Addresses in CCSDS Working Groups do not
correspond to a CCSDS CWE Login.
1. SEA - 31/87 = 35% of SEA Mailing Lists Members do not have CWE
Logins
2. MOIMS - 240/405 = 59% of MOIMS Mailing Lists Members do not have
CWE Logins
3. CSS - 3/46 = 6% of CSS Mailing Lists Members do not have CWE
Logins
4. SOIS - 99/161 = 61% of SOIS Mailing Lists Members do not have CWE
Logins
5. SLS - 70/304 = 23% of SLS Mailing Lists Members do not have CWE
Logins
6. SIS - 82/236 = 34% of SIS Mailing Lists Members do not have CWE
Logins
The Secretariat cannot make logins for these e-mail addresses, because it
is required that all CWE Users request a login. When a user requests a
login, there is an approval process, and the users profile is created.
There is not enough information from an e-mail address to create a user
profile or CWE login.
Some users in the attached lists may have had CWE accounts in the past. In
March 2017, all users who has not logged into the CWE in the previous 12
months were not assigned new CWE Logins when the CWE was migrated to ASRC
Servers.

Please discuss this in your WG and report to your AD. CESG will discuss
the findings at its meeting on 10th November 2017.

ciao
