[Cesg-all] New templates to be used by WG Chairs and ADs/DADs for their reports during the CCSDS Fall 2016 meeting

Dear all,

I have put 
all the templates ( WG Report to the Area  and Area Report to CESG) and 
the Area spread-sheets with all current approved Projects 
in the CWE to ease your access.

You can find them under "CESG Documents / Document Templates"
