[Cesg-all] Telecon requests during F16

Please be aware that I have seen some WGs requiring telecon facilities.

I have 3 questions for you:

Did you check with Massimo if there will be telephones in the meeting 
rooms requiring telecon capabilities ? If affirmative, will they have the 
possibility to call a toll free number in Italy?
Are you bringing the audio equipment (loudspeakers, etc) ?
Did you receive telecon requests from  the WG Chairs?

To all WG Chairs:  If not yet done, please send your request to David Ross 
indicating: Date and time during the week
