According to IETF website, the IETF meeting planned in Fall 2018 will be November 4th -9th (venue still to be defined).

The CMC placed upon me an action to check with you any potential constraints (e.g. IETF, NAB, main holidays, etc.)  to the proposed date by DLR for the Fall 2018 meeting to be held in DIN Berlin, Germany
