Dear all,

The CMC placed upon me an action to check with you any potential 
constraints (e.g. IETF, NAB, main holidays, etc.)  to the proposed date by 
DLR for the Fall 2018 meeting to be held in DIN Berlin, Germany

Technical Meeting       15th Oct - 19th Oct 2018
CESG                    22nd October
CESG-CMC                23rd-24th Oct 2018
