Dates have to be fixed now, Otherwise NASA will lose the reservation of 
the facility (at Gaithersburg, close to Washington DC)

CMC has decided to go ahead with the following schedule

9th - 13th April 2018           "5 day" Technical Meeting - 12 rooms
16th April 2018         CESG Meeting
