[Cesg-all] Dates for CCSDS Spring 2018 Technical Meeting

Nestor,

the ITU meetings of concern to us normally take place in April. In 2017, 
it will be Apr 4-12.
The dates for 2018 are not yet available. I sent an email to the 
responsible ITU person but I have no feedback.
Is it possible to keep both options open until the next CCSDS in May? For 
sure the ITU dates will be available in April 2017 or shortly before. 
Alternatively, let me know what is the last day for this decision and I 
will try to see what I can do with ITU.

I would appreciate if you can let me know about any conflict you might 
have with the following proposed dates for the CCSDS Spring 2018 Technical 
Meeting (to be held in USA) 

9-13 April 2018 
16-20 April 2018 

There are no overlaps with the European Easter Holidays, IETF / DTN and 
Japanese golden week.
