FW: [Cesg-all] CCSDS Fall: SANA on tuesday

Hi,

I've just been informed by the NASA Agency Rep that the GSCID file on the sana 
registry site is out of date and even that file does not have all the entries 
that were in listing.  I haven't studied it in detail, but a possible problem may 
be that if a spacecraft is assigned both a V1 and V2 GSCID, then only the V1 
GSCID is listed in the sana version of the registry.

And as we've discussed before, the Control Authority Office Registry only 
registers Control Authority Offices.  There isn't a registry of Space Agencies or 
Space Agency Representatives.  That information is only provided to provide 
contact information at the time the Control Authority Office is registered.  It 
is not a separate registry.  And having in listed as separate registry gives the 
wrong impression.
