WG Chairs: if your project is behind schedule then you should keep revising the "estimated completion date" columns.  This will 1) put the project back on schedule (in the database), and 2) will allow others to see the proper status of the project.

Every 6 months, projects that have revised their dates are reported to the CMC, and a poll occurs.
