The following draft CCSDS Recommended Standard has been placed on 
line for CCSDS Agency review:

        CCSDS 131.2-R-2.  Flexible Advanced Coding and Modulation
                          Scheme for High Rate Telemetry Applications.
                          Red Book.  August 2011.

DOCUMENT DESCRIPTION:  This draft Recommended Standard defines a 
Serially Concatenated Convolutional turbo Coding (SCCC) scheme for 
telemetry applications.  The current issue reflects comments 
resulting from review of the original issue.

The due date for receipt of review comments by the Review Coordinator 
is 2011-10-17.  Area Directors and WG/BOF Chairs may submit review 
comments directly to the CCSDS Review Coordinator.  More information 
is available at the Web site identified below.

1  Per CMC Action Item CMC-A-2007-10-05, agency reviewers are reminded to
