Peter,

I take it from your comments that you are essentially siding with the notion that perfect is the enemy of good-enough in this case.  I am glad to hear that you approve the concept book advancing to a CMC poll.

You appear to have indicated some editorial-in-nature relatively minor issues.  Do you have mark-ups that you would like to send to the WG and/or secretariat?  If so, my understanding is that minor editorial changes do not require re-polling.  If the mark-up improves the document perhaps they can be considered for minor editorial updates before CCSDS formally releases the concept book.

Sorry all.  Still scanning the doc.  Found some issues with the redundant use of the word "service" as in "service management service" and "complex", as in "Complex Management (CM) provides an interface to the user that hides the complexity of the provider's Complex", but I suspect that the WG doesn't want to hear that, hear that.  Hear that?

I'll let it pass.  Please add my Approve vote.
