Sorry all.  Still scanning the doc.  Found some issues with the redundant use of the word "service" as in "service management service" and "complex", as in "Complex Management (CM) provides an interface to the user that hides the complexity of the provider’s Complex", but I suspect that the WG doesn't want to hear that, hear that.  Hear that?

I'll let it pass.  Please add my Approve vote.
