[Cesg-all] May 2009 - CCSDS.org Usage Report, CCSDS Mailman SPAM Report, and CCSDS Publications Report

John,
I am not sure why that document was number one for the month of May. 
It is highly unlikely that "real people" would make such an effort to 
download this publication.
This is why I stated the text (in Red) on the report:
"NOTE -- The #1 ranking of 720x1g2s.pdf could be an oddity.  The 
Secretariat will monitor this publication to see if it popularity was 
legitimate."
I believe this to be an oddity from website search engines crawlers 
(Google, Yahoo, other). 
I should  have a better idea once Junes report is generated.  If it 
remains high in June, then I will have to investigate further.
